| What is Digital Story Telling?
Everyone has a story to tell. Digital story telling allows individuals and communities to document, create and share their stories, histories, concepts or ideas with others.
Digital storytelling is also a powerful way for individuals and communities to engage with issues impacting on their lives, resourcing them with the tools and the authority to share their perspective.
Digital stories are like mini-movies, bringing together a narrated personal story with photographs, graphics, video footage, music, or animation. Generally the stories are between 1-3 minutes in length.
 Digital storytelling is an exciting tool for:

- community engagement

- giving participants a voice
